About Us
NOL is a professional care management company that provides senior telephone and in -person check-ins, care monitoring, companionship care for families whose loved ones prefer to age at home but struggles with loneliness that may accompany that decision. Some families have limited time to visit or check-in on the wellbeing of their loved ones. Our clients may be living alone in their private homes, long-term care & rehab facilities as well as Assisted and Independent living facilities within the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Nurses Online staff are available to help these families by providing check-in visits, care monitoring and companionship care. We also provide assessment and evaluations for home care agencies. Nurses Online is owned and operated by Fustina Okolo, a seasoned Registered Nurse with many years of experience in the care of adults and seniors in MD, VA, and Washington DC metropolitan area in the USA.

Companionship Care
We cater to families concerned about the safety of their loved ones and the loneliness that their absence creates for them. They live extremely far away, busy, and unable to visit and/or check in on their loved ones.
Nurses Online staff provide companionship care to reduce the isolation that can come with living alone and we build relationships. We provide activities such as updates on current affairs, short walks depending on the client’s ability and weather, reading stories, playing cards, etc.
Families are sometimes concerned about the adequacy of care their loved ones receive in their private homes and long-term care facilities. They worry and may need additional eyes to monitor the welfare and care given to their loved ones and that’s when NOL professional staff come in.
Comprehensive Care Monitoring
We do not provide any type of nursing care during visits! but we do provide companionship care, safety checks- in person/ via telephone calls, and care monitoring, medication non-compliance reports based on observations and facility staff input and report to families after each visit. Whenever needed we do assessment and evaluations for home care agencies.
NOL Care Monitors are very qualified registered nurse supervisors that have expertise in home assessments and evaluations. We perform the Initial, 30days, 45days, 90days, 4 months and Annual assessments and evaluations for Home Care Agencies. Our nurses are very thorough.
