Phone Check-ins and In Person Visits
Phone Calls frequency to check in determined by families. The cost depends on frequency. In Person Check-in frequency determined by families and the cost depends on frequency as well.
Companionship
Our staff will play cards, board games etc. with our clients or participate in any activities that they enjoy. They share current affairs and conversations which can lead to developing friendly and trusting relationships. They also will accompany them on daily walks or outings and provide emotional support, making our clients feel supported and comforted, thereby easing their loneliness.
Medication Pick-Up Service
Pharmacy medication pick up service from nearby pharmacies is available for a fee.
Important Reminders and Celebrations
We can deliver birthday/anniversary cards, flowers, cakes etc. to your loved ones if permitted at a reasonable charge.
Home Care Assessments and Evaluations
Our nurses also perform Initial, Monthly, 45 days, 3 months, 4months home visits and annual Assessment and Evaluations for Home Care Agencies. We do not charge mileage.
Care Monitoring Visits
Visits include to LTCF, ALF, Rehab, Group homes and Private homes etc. to monitor the quality of care your loved one is getting from the staff/ aides. We talk to the staff and report our findings to loved ones. We also, with client permission, look around the house for any safety concerns, medication non- compliance and report to families.
